As a private transfer service reserved exclusively for your group, each booking removes vehicle availability from our schedule.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time will receive a refund, less the original non-refundable credit card processing fee.

Additional Bike Box/Bike Bag Handling Fee:
For customers traveling with 5 to 7 bike boxes or 6 to 8 bike bags, there is an additional handling fee of $100 CAD per trip.

Unlike others; we remove a whole row of seats in our vans to make extra room for your bikes. No need to pay extra for a trailer when you can fit up to 4 bike boxes or 5 bike bags plus luggage in one of our vans! For customers traveling with 5 to 7 bike boxes or 6 to 8 bike bags, there is an additional handling fee of $100 CAD + GST (5%) per trip.
