Connect Airport Transfers is not responsible for delays due to airline schedule changes, lost luggage, immigration, weather,road closures, or traffic conditions.
Transfers cancelled within 48 hours will be charged the full amount.
Transfers cancelled greater than 48 hours in advance there is no charge.
Transfer changes within 48 hours will be charged $100.
Delays/Waiting will be charged at the hourly rate for that vehicle.

Yes we are a Whistler based business and our prices are in CAD.

No it’s not, 15% gratuity is the standard in Canada but is your choice and between you and your driver on the day.

It’s a 30 min maximum stop, if you go over that you’ll be charged an extra $45 for every half hour.

DOMESTIC ARRIVAL:

On your arrival, your driver will be waiting with a sign with your name on it at the end of your baggage carousel for your flight.

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL:

On your arrival, after you have collected your baggage and cleared customs, we will be waiting with a sign with your name on it, in the International Arrivals Greeting Area.

We provide bottled water for each guest, we would prefer if you didn’t bring messy food into the vehicle, Damage/Spills/Stains will be charged repair or clean up costs. The use of alcohol, smoking, or drugs in the vehicle is prohibited.

Yes, your safety is our No 1 priority so we always use winter tyres during the winter months.
