Connect Airport Transfers is not responsible for delays due to airline schedule changes, lost luggage, immigration, weather,road closures, or traffic conditions.
Transfers cancelled within 48 hours will be charged the full amount.
Transfers cancelled greater than 48 hours in advance there is no charge.
Transfer changes within 48 hours will be charged $100.
Delays/Waiting will be charged at the hourly rate for that vehicle.

Yes we are a Whistler based business and our prices are in CAD.

No it’s not, 15% gratuity is the standard in Canada but is your choice and between you and your driver on the day.

It’s a 30 min maximum stop, if you go over that you’ll be charged an extra $40 plus G.S.T for every half hour.

International Arrivals:

Once you have landed, cleared immigration and baggage collection you will now have to find the Ground Transportation Desk situated next to the Skylinx Desk. It is approx. at 2 o Clock to the wooden statues in International arrivals.

Once at the desk please let the staff member at the desk know you are with Connect Airport Transfers and they will contact your driver and allocate a parking bay/stall number. The driver will take approximately 5 mins to drive to the bay/stall which will be very close to the GT Desk.

If no one is manning the desk there will be a direct line available to connect customers with their drivers.

Domestic arrivals:

Starting Thursday, January 16 at 06:00hrs, there will be an additional temporary option at the Domestic Terminal Building (DTB), customers will also have the option to check-in at a newly added Ground Transportation counter, located across from the Domestic baggage carousels, and use the direct line telephone.

Our apologies for the change and inconvenience but unfortunately this is something out with our control.

We provide bottled water for each guest, we would prefer if you didn’t bring messy food into the vehicle, Damage/Spills/Stains will be charged repair or clean up costs. The use of alcohol, smoking, or drugs in the vehicle is prohibited.

Yes, your safety is our No 1 priority so we always use winter tyres during the winter months.
