Connect Airport Transfers is not responsible for delays due to airline schedule changes, lost luggage, immigration, weather,road closures, or traffic conditions.
Transfers cancelled within 48 hours will be charged the full amount.
Transfers cancelled greater than 48 hours in advance there is no charge.
Transfer changes within 48 hours will be charged $100.
Delays/Waiting will be charged at the hourly rate for that vehicle.

Yes we are a Whistler based business and our prices are in CAD.

Yes, with fewer people carrying cash nowadays, we have decided to add a 15% driver’s gratuity at checkout.

It’s a 30 min maximum stop, if you go over that you’ll be charged an extra $50 plus G.S.T for every half hour.

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS:

Once you have landed, cleared immigration and collected your luggage our drivers will be ready to greet you. There is an area in the arrivals lounge that’s designated for professional drivers. He/she will be waiting there holding a sign with your party name on it.

DOMESTIC ARRIVALS:

As soon as you and your group are in the luggage collection area you will see your driver. He/she will be standing beside the wall at the end of your designated carousel holding a sign with your party name on it.
Yes, your safety is our No 1 priority. We always use the best winter tyres during the snowy months.

The cost shown is for your entire group.

No, you are our VIP’s ! We never mix different groups together and provide private transfers tailored exclusively to your parties’ specific requirements.
