Please note: In order to provide a 24hr year-round service & incentivise our drivers; trips starting between 10pm and 5am will have a ‘Late pickup fee’ of $125 added. This is also true of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
As a private transfer service reserved exclusively for your group, each booking removes vehicle availability from our schedule.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time will receive a refund, less the original non-refundable credit card processing fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled transfer time are non-refundable.
Additional Bike Box/Bike Bag Handling Fee:
For customers traveling with 5 to 7 bike boxes or 6 to 8 bike bags, there is an additional handling fee of $100 CAD per trip.
